"First time drive-through customer. Super friendly service from Casey, who made it uniquely pleasant. Didn’t feel like I was just a transaction. Felt like she appreciated me being in the drive-through lane. Even wiped down my iced coffee cup so that it wouldn’t drip and be messy in the car. Awesome service!"

"Watched the assistant manager drop food into the dirty fooor, scoop it up with the crumbs throw it in the trash and reach right i to the container for eggs to begin making a sandwich WITHOUT changing gloves or washing hands. She proceeded to give attitude and was throwing things and slamming doors after she was alerted by the manager that a customer saw what she did. Absolutely disgusting behaviors."

"Nearly every time I go in there is always an employee, I'm not sure of their name, but they're consistently friendly, always remembers what I get (refreshers) and just genuinely makes the day better! You all do great over here at Dunkin', and thanks for the refresher! Mango Pineapple time!!!! Also, if you guys at Dunks see this, please be sure to let that employee know they do a great job!"

"I've been going to this Dunkins for a couple months and so far there has only been one worker that has been kind and respectful. The rest have been incredibly rude. My orders are always made wrong and if I ask for it to be corrected I receive an attitude in response so I'm at the point where I don't even ask to have it corrected anymore. Just wish the accuracy was a little more spot on or at the very least to be treated with kindness."
