"45 minute wait for a drive through line of 2 cars, to have drinks forgotten until reminded and then told 5 minutes after sitting at the window after paying that they are out of an ingredient and we can wait ten minutes for it to be prepared. Would avoid this location"
"For a brand new Taco Bell this location is awful. The store manager Beth is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and just mean. Told me if I don’t like how my food was prepared, I could go elsewhere. Asked for a refund and was told NO. By the manager of this location. Unbelievable."
"Owner has a huge problem on there hand that needs to be addressed. This place employees mostly children which IMO is fantastic but comes at a dire cost. I have eaten here twice, both times the kids working seemed like they couldn’t care less about being at work. Absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever and everyone was on there phones. This reminded me more of an unattended middle/high-school class than a place of work. The kid working the window was literally texting for probably 5 minutes while my food just sat in front of of him and then he FINALLY took payment and after waiting AGAIN he FINALLY saw the food in front of him. Literal comedy right before my eyes. There needs to be a caring manager that barks at these kids and keeps the business moving. It is way too relaxed in there. The only saving grace was my food was pretty good both times I went however the second time they forgot my straw and gave me the wrong drink. I would say go here but just be prepared for the sloths working at this place."

"I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! So so friendly. Yummy food. Fast. Best experience at a taco bell ever. (I don't typically go to taco bell but my boyfriend loves it. I'll definitely be back to this one.) The speaker was a little wonky (not sure if it's too loud or what) but it kind of echoed. Thankfully she was super nice even though I asked her to repeat herself. I hope this place is super successful and stays just like it is right now."
