"This is the worse location out of all Manchester locations, the manager is the worse tho. They keep their back towards you and just stare at the computer screen and completely ignore customers. If you even say excuse me they snap back saying a couple things. 1 I'll be right with you ( which is nice but after standing there for a few minutes kinda rude) 2- I'm busy one minute 3- what do you want when they get to register. Again stay away go somewhere else"

"Food always takes a very long time to come out even when it’s not busy. Employees are very loud in the back and seem to not be concerned about customers whatsoever. Floors are also like an ice skating rink, and the bathrooms are health hazards"

"UPDATE: After sitting there waiting for 50 minutes several people and I went in to demand refunds. That manager either needs more training or just be gone. Got through the DD drive thru in just over 5 minutes. ************ 35 minutes in the drive thru. For just a egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns. Got to the window and told to pull up. Now it's been 40 minutes and still nothing. I just wanted a quick breakfast before doing errands before work and now I ve lost so much time. I would have gone to DD had I known this was going to happen. 45 minutes and still waiting. Deplorable."

"Was in the restroom when an employee came out from taking a poop and didnt wash their hands. I yelled at them that they need to, and im not exaggerating at all they washed their hands for 2-3 seconds then said "there you go man, with soap and everything" ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The employee acted like i was a karen"
