"I signed up with Felicia for the 4week wellness coaching. First of all, she’s an amazing person, teacher, friend…well, just a wonderful human! "Great workout experience! All of the instructors are knowledgable and kind. They offer a wide variety of class types and modify for all skill levels. I love that classes are offered at various times of the day to fit any schedule from 6 am all the way to evening classes. The special programs they offer like 6 week nutrition/fitness groups and sound bath healing sessions make this studio so much more than a typical gym."
