"The last appointment I had here I waited 1 hour to be served. Today I walked in and after waiting 17 minutes I could not wait any longer as I had arranged another appointment giving this appointment enough time to start at 12:30. If you can't serve customers at appointed time you need to change your scheduling system. Having customers wait 17-60 minutes is too long. Frustrated and unhappy. Every minute of my day is so valuable to me as I'm sure it is for all customers. I will wait in emergency situations but no on a regularly overbooked situation."
