"I was quite excited about finding this place and trying it out. Made my appt several weeks in advance. They booked me for a full foil - had an upcoming trip and wanted to look my best. I received a call the day before my appt saying the owner made a mistake and booked me for a full foil but they did not have the time to do it so if I wanted to proceed with appt it had to be a partial and she could do a few highlights at the bottom to kind of rectify the situation. I went in - hairdresser was nice - did a decent job on my hair and did do a few highlights in the bottom area. I go to pay and they said they will still be charging me for a full foil because she did the few at the bottom. Now this was a mistake they made- the owner at time of booking - I am the customer and they are trying to fix a mistake they made which is actually quite an issue when you book several weeks in advance and they just call you the day before. Then they charge me for a full foil in an effort to rectify their mistake when in fact I did NOT get a full foil. Just extremely disappointed- felt as if this place is really not about satisfying the customer but more about the bottom line. Customer satisfaction should be priority and if made a mistake you have to try and fix that not by charging the customer extra."

"If you are a college student go, no RUN TO THIS SALON!! The prices are a total steal, especially considering how how good of a job the stylists and colorists do!! I have tried soooo many different salons for a natural ginger/copper color, but ever since meeting Julia I have fallen in love "

"Lacy is not only an incredible Massage Therapist, but she was also very easy to communicate and work with! I have received many massages over the years and therapists never seem to know how to give a true relaxation massage with light pressure. Lacy checked in a few times on if the pressure was light enough, she made me feel comfortable and really focused on my problem areas. I rebooked my next appointment before leaving the parking lot.
