"I brought my boys for a haircut and the experience seemed rushed (15 minutes from walking in to walking out) and the haircuts are uneven and very much not what I asked for. To be fair I did not contact the salon after to complain, and in the moment I was so shocked by how bad the haircuts were but did not want to give my boys any bad feelings so I just told them they are so handsome, paid and left. I asked for trims around eyes and ears but to keep the shaggy length. They were given layers that are not even left and right and literally my older son still has hair hanging over his ears. He specifically got the worst of it as he has visibly wavy hair but it was cut too short and as if he has straight hair. Total fail and I don’t know how else I could have been clearer. Might be great at other cuts but they blindly chopped my boys hair disregarding the requested cut style and just all around bad cuts."
