"Absolutely Toxic! They are vile and rude. I'm on workers comp, which screwed up my income schedule, I called in 4 days before my due date, explained everything, and just asked to move the payment out 3 days later because I get paper checks mailed instead of my usual direct deposit. Going to charge me $9 a day and threatened to shut off the car. Then started giving me attitude about making sure future payments aren't missed. Unprofessional"

"My husband and I have had a car loan here for years. I have always had a great customer service experience. The only challenge I had was if you need to make a change in your due date, you have to make two payments to do that. Which i did, but thought that was strange. If you are requesting to change your due date to an earlier or later date, and you are asking far in advance, they should find a way to better accomodate you."

"I would give this place a negative if I could. I’ve had my loan with this place for 4yrs now and have always made my payments on time. Now I traded in my vehicle and got a loan with a different company, they refuse to cancel my auto pay even though the new loan company has paid off the remaining balance of my vehicle. The customer service is a joke, the lady that answers their phone will not help you at all, tells you to do something then won’t tell you how to do it. Yells at you, and talks over you then accuse you of doing so. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU TWO WAYS TO TUESDAY!"

"If it was possible to give no stars or negative stars I would! Extremely unprofessional and rude! Called to tell them my payment was going to be late and got told I need to be better with my money and pay it a week before my actual payment was due. Explained to them I had an emergency and that my payment was going to be late. Apparently emergencies that happen aren’t aloud to happen. Got threatened and laughed at when asked to speak with a supervisor, spoke my peace and still got spoken down too. I work in customer service and if I spoke to people the way they speak to customers I wouldn’t have a job! The whole GPS tracker and automated shut off should be illegal but they get away with it due to the fact they make you sign a form or they won’t work with you. How this place is still in business blows my mind! If they hate their jobs so much don’t work customer service! I was a day late and got told to make my payment or else! Great customer service… NOT!! Should have read the reviews before going through with them! Avoid this place at all costs! Will be paying my car off ASAP and never dealing with them again!"
