"I've been going here for a few years. The last 3 times - not only was the wait very long, the service was not up to par. This last time, our appt started an hour after it was scheduled. The person than stopped our service to help a walk in. We ended up leaving."

"I recently move from Texas to New Hampshire and finding a nail shop with openings is very difficult.Today Friday the 22nd of December 2023 I made an appointment with this spa for 4 pm .I got there and as expected I had to wait the 4:30 appointment walked in and we both were sitting waiting. The female then called us both to sit and proceeded to work on the 4:30 appointment.I was not only surprised but very angry I waited all day for my appointment! But apparently this woman's money is better than mine !! This pratice is suggesting racism and prejudice!!! I'm sick to learn persons are willing to put their business aside just to show how much they hate you because of your color !!! This behavior is unacceptable and this establishment should not be in operation ."

"Very unsanitary, the lady doing my nails was doing another persons nails at the same time using the same tools. And no she didn’t sanitize them before doing my Nails then going back to hers. I had appointments booked for 4 of my bridesmaids and myself. Showed up on time (20 minutes early actually) for our appointments only to wait 3 hours before actually being seen. They took walk ins before seeing to my bridesmaids and myself. Very over priced for what we got, I would NEVER recommend this place. That and the over all lack of patience with the staff."

"Walked in with no appointment and was able to get a dip manicure after a short wait. There were only 2 manicurists there, but at least 4 customers the whole time. They're definitely outnumbered, but the work is beautiful! I was really impressed with the efficiency of the manicurists and their skill. Cost was comparable to other places as well. Service took a little longer than usual (just under 2 hours), but that is purely due to my stylist working on multiple people at a time. They just need more staff and this would be a 5-star!"
