"I've been banking with Main Street Bank (formerly North Middlesex Savings Bank) for years and typically visit the Lunenburg branch for any in-person banking. The staff there is always great. Super friendly, professional, and appear to be genuinely nice people. I moved a few years back and there are a few banks much closer to my home than MSB, but I continue banking with them solely based on the customer service I receive from the Lunenburg branch.
