"I purchased a duck on Christmas Eve to have for Christmas dinner. The duck was 6.98 pounds and cost me $62.75. The duck was the only thing I purchased from the shop. When I opened the sealed bag, it became very obvious that the duck had gone bad. I looked at the date on the packaging and saw that it was marked Dec 13. Whether that was the packaging date or the expiration date, that's quite a gap between then and time of purchase. I attempted to contact the shop twice to explain the situation and request a refund, and I've still not received a response nearly two weeks later. This was supposed to be our Christmas dinner and I'm out over $60 because of the shop's negligence. Shop: please answer this request so that the issue can be resolved! Thanks!"

"What a cool shop!?! Fantastic looking meats and lots of different products. The staff was very friendly, busy, and helpful. I haven't cooked up the ribeye yet, but it looks like it will be delicious."
"The atmosphere was super laid back as soon as I walked in. The owners were EXTREMELY thoughtful and helpful with any questions I had. They seem like wonderful people and have great energy about them. The space inside had a nice modern eclectic look to it, almost rustic but not quite, which I loved! I also was quite keen on the painted brick on the exterior, it brings such a nice colorful textured vibe and an ambience that is both elegant and homey. The prices are wonderful for the products. They have a huge variety of different cuts of meat and I was excited to see hot sauce as well as BBQ sauces and wine! If I heard correctly they said their products were sourced locally- which I absolutely adore! Supporting eachother in our communities is huge! They mentioned eventually offering take out food, also a great idea as some of our local restaurants have closed down."
