"The woman working this afternoon engaged in loud inappropriate conversation with 3 other females that sat in the way making it so other customers were unable to even order, let alone get the barista's attention. After waiting a while, and still unable to order coffee we decided to leave once the conversation topic was about some woman's relationship status, and not selling coffee. I'm absolutely disgusted with the choice in conversation between those both behind and in front of the counter."

"Since when does Dunkin have a no pets policy? I've been in there several times with my service dog and never not once been denied service. Went in this morning Thur, May, 9th at 9:45AM and got totally shot down the second I crossed into DD territory. I have never had a problem like that before with my service dog in hand NEVER! Not to mention on top of it all the woman running the counter was rude as he** to me for having the SERVICE DOG then when I gave my wife the money for our order she was rude as he** to my wife. Where is this DD restaurant going where there people working are rude rude rude to the customers??"
