"Picked up replacement bagel from order 4 days ago as bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. Today I was told that amount of cream cheese is predetermined and comes in a 1.8oz container. I'm ok with 1.8 Oz of cream cheese however I do not think I should have to order and pay for more cream cheese when they are only putting on less than 1/4 teaspoon..thankfully today there was more on replacement however hate to say this but I think they put on extra today so it was smothered with it today. Oh well.. can't order bagels from there again as I'm sure they will remember me now...."

"Placed an order using mobile app, obviously payment was made. Arrived to pick up order 5 minutes later only to be told the place is closed. This is not the first time this has happened and there were several other people there for the same reason. The girl at the window explained they are closed and COULD NOT issue a refund. Again this has happened more than once at this location. Highly recommend going somewhere else."

"Place my order on the mobile app for pick up at the drive thru. I understand lines can be long but a 30min total wait is rediclious. We'll start with my drink was wrong. When I told the gal she rolled her eyes at me. There is a clear difference between frozen coffee & a frozen hot chocolate. She remade my drink & after handing it to me closed the window. When she had to reopen the window I got another strong eye roll cause I also didn't receive the food my son & I ordered. The sandwiches weren't even in the beginning stages of being made. My son & I sat at the window & waited while they were made. 30 min is a bit much for an on-the-go order & 5 visible people working. Just saying."

"Like.... Why? This isn't even a spider.. just zigzags with a munchkin plopped in the center with no eyes to even tempt to make it look like as it is advertised. The presentation is rated lazy and effortless."
