"We were at New London Hospital for my husband who had a colonoscopy. The team he had Shannon Spencer Dr Beard and a few others so many to remember. Our visit there was the upmost professional and the kindest team, we were pleased in all aspects of his stay. The surgery team were all so supportive and professional including his doctor and anesthesia gentleman. We were very pleased with all stages of his care. We both appreciated the care he got and it was extremely excellent. We would recommend New London Hospital to all our family and friends. "My mother spent six nights in this wonderful little hospital after arriving at the emergency room with a high fever and infection. The care she received was exemplary and the staff was absolutely fantastic! Each hospital employee with whom we interacted demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism. They were instantly responsive when she pushed her call button; and when one nurse arrived, several other nurses or aides arrived soon after to assist. We were amazed at the teamwork; which is certainly not evident at every medical facility! From the doctors and nurses, to dietary and housekeeping; we were extremely impressed with the warmth and caring of every single employee that entered her hospital room. A special shoutout to Dr. Kyle Rattray for treating the whole patient, and not just the infection. My mom is your biggest fan! I highly recommend this hospital to those in need of compassionate, personalized hospital care."

"Took my adult daughter to the ER (after going to multiple other ERs for the same issue), they were amazing! From the doctors to the nurses and EMTs they completely worked her up while maintaining her safety and comfort. Shout out to Provider Jonathan Snow, he was very thorough and put follow ups in place that were desperately needed! Also to Dr. Mazur, very thorough and caring! Finally got treatment and answers!"

"If you like being kept in the dark about your treatment, lied to by the doctors and nurses and generally treated like you are a bother then this is the place for you. Discharging doctor was supposed to send in three prescriptions, however the pharmacy only received two which after spending a week there didn’t surprise me one bit. They are quick with the excuses, but slow on accountability."
