"Just wondering why it is so much to ask for someone to respond when you say thank you, with a simple you're welcome. Seemed to be a manager. Completely dead in restaurant. Handed me my order, I said thank you, she breezed right over the fact that I said anything at all, like I didn't exist. I expect this from the young rude kids, not from an experienced adult. So sad that people have to yell, scream, throw things to be payed attention to, I don't agree with that behavior, but pretty tired of being ignored when I show gratitude, which is a courtesy, to people that get paid to do the job of providing good customer service. You guys failed."

"This is this what the fast food experience is now. I walked in couldn't get help they told me to go to kiosk. So he comes from behind the counter and shows me how to use the keosh for 5 minutes instead of just taking my order from behind the register when I walked in. The fries were cold and the big fat lady That was the manager is very nasty and I will never go back. The guy who helped me with the kiosk was very friendly. It's sad but fast food needs to go fully automated Since young people struggle with just a simplest of tasks."

"Food was typical McD's. Nothing that stood out positivity like fresh fries. The only thing that stood out was cr@p service. Actually, the quotes service I or my family had ever received from any McDonald's and that's saying something! They forced us to use the self-service ordering station and were unable to place an order with a human. EVEN, after telling the employee we were paying cash and would have to go to the register anyway.... So there we went... having to punch in our order and then going back up to the guy to pay cash. I'm surprised they they didn't ask to see if I wanted to add on an 8%, 10%, 15%, or even 20% gratuity. That a joke."
