"We sat at the bar on New Year’s Eve and had an excellent experience with service and food… and amaze balls craft cocktails! New to the area but this will help greatly with our transition to a small town knowing this place exists and elevates. Worthy of James Beard or Michelin nods."

"We live in the area and have been 3 times or so over the last few years. The menu is very odd and the food is extremely expensive for the quality and/or quantity. Tonight the salmon was so fishy my wife couldn't eat it. I had the steak which was about a 6oz strip for $30, not high quality, left hungry. Vegetable was tasteless, service was decent at best, salads were good."

"So badly wanted to give this place 5 stars! My husband and I went for a romantic dinner per the recommendation of our Airbnb host. Service was timely (not too quick, not too slow) and kind. We got a small plate - broccolini was tasty and vibrant tahini flavor. A medium plate - the mushroom cakes were so delicious and somehow tasted almost exactly like crab! And a main - we shared the lobster pasta, so creamy and delicious. The dahlias on the tables were grown by an employee and added nice vibes to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was provided with an alcoholic drink when I ordered a strawberry basil lemonade. It tasted odd and not very sweet, considering it was lemonade. I kept taking uncertain sips, then asked if it was for-sure lemonade. When they realized it contained alcohol, they were equally mortified - I’m pregnant… and replaced the drink and did not charge us for it. Sadly, that mistake really made the night uncomfortable for me. I was super bummed that I ended up drinking probably a third of a drink of alcohol. Please be more careful in the future!"

"Long running local restaurant worth the trip. Can be busy during dinner. Make a reservation, or go early. Regular clentele on a first name basis with the staff is a good indicator that it is well regarded. Signature dish Black Bean Cake is delicious."

"We have just had the MOST lovely birthday dinner here while staying at the Mount Washington Resort down the road. Every aspect of this cafe was a true delight. From the ambiance to the staff to the food and beverage offerings to the great music playing and the cool art on display-we loved every minute of our visit! We were overjoyed that we FINALLY “discovered” this gem that we had somehow missed in the 10 years we have spent vacationing in the area. A mistake we will not make again. I have a feeling we will now be planning our return visits around their opening hours! Keep up the excellence ladies, you made us all so happy with your smiles and pure passion for what you are doing."
