"I lived in Pepperell for 10 years and was very happy with the service I received from Tracy and staff. Courtesy and caring are top priority with Pepperell Family Pharmacy. I have moved from the area, otherwise I would still be filling prescriptions here. Tracy has always been able to make it work with strict insurance protocols, they go out of their way to contact your physician as needed for additional authorization or renewals. The occasional wait while things are being processed is totally to be expected, and I don't know another pharmacy that will front you a few days of a medicine until the remainder gets delivered. Also, if you're lucky, there might be a very friendly bulldog and pug walking around to help you pass the time."

Our family routinely comes here for flu vaccines, but only today did we have a prescription filled because CVS didn't have the medication. Pepperell arranged the transfer, dealt with the unprofessional people at CVS who were dragging their feet, and when the prescription finally arrived the folks at Pepperell filled it within minutes. Really great people and we'll move all our prescriptions here!"
