"This place was great! I love a good convenience sandwich shop and store! The bakery was something I wasn't expecting! Delicious cake and great sandwiches. The girls in there are wonderful! Kim and her daughters make the atmosphere enjoyable! Thank you! Will come again!"
"Wonderful little place, has so much potential, but they need to read the major common threads across the comments. Food is good but inconsistent, prices do not reflect quality or quantity. Sandwich selection is fantastic and original, however prices are not listed. I paid for my sandwiches however the older couple in front of me were so upset they refused and walked out. I should have followed suit however I’ll simply find a more reasonable alternatives and take my business elsewhere. Prices are NOT comparable to other establishments. 15$/9” hoagie isn’t reasonable. Take a hard look at the managerial staff and prices. Adjust to reflect customers and the local market. Or simply close the hot kitchen, it’s bringing down the reviews of the bakery."
"My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday morning to get sandwiches and split a hash brown. They have their to-go section but we like to get our stuff fresh since it’s a bit of a treat going here. I have never had such a poor experience here with the staff. The man at the food counter was rude to me when I asked for fresh sandwiches and a fresh hash brown and wanted us to grab them from the to-go table. I respectfully declined and said I’d like them fresh. Please keep in mind that we did not ask this during a busy rush or right when they opened. He handed us our food within 3 minutes and I had a feeling he just grabbed them from the to-go counter. We paid with the kind lady at the front who applied my partner’s military discount and we went to the car where we discovered the hash browns were cold and soggy. I was upset that this employee had no regard for our request and asked politely for him to please make us new hash browns so they’re fresh. He did and we left, but I am no longer going to be a customer here. I have been coming here for the last 15 years and have never had such a negative experience. I’m extremely disappointed that this is the quality they are willing to give dedicated customers."
"Place has seriously gone down hill. $9 for a pint of pasta salad? Really? I also got a steak and cheese that was poorly made, veggies were MASSIVE for a sandwich (pictured below) and nothing innately special about it. Oh and it was $15 for a nine inch sub."
"Delicious donuts and cupcakes!! Tuna wrap was really great too! I’m a huge fan of this little gem!! Not sure how Dunks is even in business with this place close by!! Worth the trip and every penny! Best donuts I’ve ever had!! Cupcakes were so flavorful and not overly sweet! Love this place!!!"
