"Someone from corporate needs to desperately come and sort this place out. Not once, not twice, but three separate times now I've placed an online order just to roll up and hear "sorry we're closed" from the speaker. Terrible business model, don't accept online orders and take money from people if you aren't open. Business 101 guys.. seriously someone come help this place, or close it. Figure it out ffs."

"Went there at 9:15 pm. Drive Thursday was not taking any orders. Went to door and asked the girl if they were taking orders! She didn't answer me, she keep pointing to the side of building, so we Went back to drive thur and they still didn't answer. Even though the website says the drive-thru is open to 12 am."

"I don’t come to this location often as i’m not often in this area. However, every time I come here to order, it takes at least 20 to 25 minutes for me to get my food which is very frustrating. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, fries and a soda that should not take 20 to 25 minutes."

"they’re absolutely terrible. it doesn’t take 12 minutes to take an order with no one inside. then take an additional 15 minutes to come to the window as you’re sitting there staring at me thru the window to come over and hand me my food and have me pay. They need to get better employees."

"Painfully the slowest drive-thru! Nearly 3 years ago I blamed it on Covid and perhaps they were short staffed. Since then, I come here every couple of months hoping it will be better. No exaggerating, 24 minutes in a drive thru line of 5 cars is ridiculous. I get the same spiel every time that they are understaffed. Perhaps they should just close this location or pay their workers more so they can keep staff."
