"I had an issue with my food the day before....called them and spoke to a lady manager....SHE WAS MAGNIFICENT....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....HIGHLY RECOMMEND....i came back and she was wonderful to deal with....if only all restaurants had a sweetheart like that they would be so lucky"

"Food almost always old and kinda sad when I’m the only car in the drive thru still (I say still as this is the norm not one off) get sent to the go wait parking spot (btw if I wanted to wait I’d have come in, the point of drive thru is speed) and y’all still give me cold stale fries! Come on I get y’all think it’s just fast food however please remember your prices are the same as sit down places that cook to order and it’s YOUR CUSTOMERS that cover YOUR WEEKLY PAY! If the hourly employees don’t get this management should however clearly don’t. 9/12/23 made the mistake of giving another try what a mistake sitting in the waiting area again. Pathetic."

"It feels like this place is run by scam artists or something. I can tell they recently put a bunch of new employees with great friendliness, but when It comes to actually getting the food, my order has almost always been made wrong with the toppings on my sandwich etc. also to add that I find it very annoying that they tell me to pull forward when there's no one else waiting behind me. now I have to wait for someone to physically walk the food out which usually takes forever. Edit: came back to say that this establishment has now served my cheeseburgers with no patty on them today. And i didnt ask for no patty as i checked my receipt."

"It's been a decade since I had a McDonald's hamburger. Now the cost for 2 cheese burgers, 2 small fries, and soda cost $13.61. The fries were cold, the hamburger barely warm with 1 pickle. RIP off. Never again!!"
