"Okay I go here all the time and never had a problem. But today I noticed a new guy (pretty sure his name tag said Trever) and he had music blasting in his earbud that I could clearly hear…. While i was ordering he had me repeat everything about three times and still managed to mess up my order! I am no Karen but Iv worked in the food business and that’s just very disrespectful."

"They have been out of meatballs no less than 20 times in a one year period. Staff is always great, don't understand how they frequently run out of product."

"Stopped in for a bite to eat with my father after driving through the beautiful state of New Hampshire viewing trucks for sale. The staff was super friendly and very customer service oriented, TBH it was the best part of my day, my BMT Ultimate was ok, my father demolished his (#8) chicken something sandwich, the place was fairly busy with a line from when we walked in, till when we finished eating and walked out. Area was clean, and the restroom (s) are for customer's only and required a key (attached to a rubber chicken, LMFAO) Again the staff was awesome and made the experience. Ample parking with a N.H. Liquor store adjacent to the Subway."

"This will probably push more people to go here but the other night I was out with some friends, one of whom is transgender, and the individual serving us kept intentionally being nasty to her and misgendering my friend. Overall the service was pretty lousy; it took this person almost 45 minutes to make 2 cold sandwiches and a meatball sub, and in addition to that they were very nasty to my trans friend. In 2023, we really shouldn't experience bigotry like this and I sincerely hope Management steps in and does literally anything about it."

"So today I made a mobile order and I ordered a steak and cheese sub. I was pretty excited as it was the first thing I will be eating all day however, I got back to my office and I found out that my steak and cheese sub only has the veggies in the sauce I have ordered with it. There was no meat and no cheese and it was burnt I have tried contacting the subway to see what happen because I’m not mad But I want to know why this is has happened to me for the third time I am very upset with the money I have wasted as well as the amount I’m time I’ve called. I will never go through subway ever again."
