CVS Pharmacy

"CVS pharmacy in Hanover, New Hampshire is absolutely disgraceful. I felt so sorry for the woman running the counter, as her corporate overlords have put her in a terrible position having to explain the pharmacy's pathetic shortcomings. You can no longer call in a prescription and have it ready when you get there, even if you get there several days after you call it in. Come on, CVS, we know you want to please your stock holders by cutting costs, but this is getting ridiculous!"

"This pharmacy needs some serious help before they make a huge mistake and giving people the wrong medication. It is wrong to wait over 35 minutes in line for medication. Come on CVS get it together and I am tired of hearing there isn’t enough help. Please pay more and maybe you will get the right kind of help that is needed!"

"I have no complaints with the staff, but this location is unable to serve the volume of traffic that it receives. Long lines, unfilled prescriptions, and unanswered phone calls are the norm. Have your prescriptions filled somewhere else."

"All of the people working in this pharmacy, and this CVS branch for that matter, have great attitudes and are highly competent. They go out of their way to be helpful and never seem put off or sour to me. This is the pharmacy of choice for me and for my wife."

"Generally, it's not a bad place. It's clean and well taken care of. However, their hours aren't great and I've had some negative experiences with unhelpful staff as well the store not carrying basic medical supplies (though they have a sizeable selection of beer and junk food)."
