"I have been a customer for many years but the service and reliability has declined and I am very unhappy with their service. The call in prescription line gives a time when prescription is ready then when you go to pick up they tell you it isn't ready. Also had called in a refill and day it was supposed to be ready they called and told me they ran out of it and it wouldn't be in for a couple days. Customer service is stretched thin and staff gets snappy. I am thinking of switching pharmacy."
