Reviews of Minasian Kenneth P DMD
"Anyone who knows me... Knows I like my ice cream and candy. So I've met a lot of dentists over the years. I don't like them... At all. Today I found out there was an exception to that rule. I can honestly say I'd rather spend an hour in Dr Minasian's office than an hour at Disney World. Thank you sir.. it was actually a very enjoyable experience, and I didn't wait a single moment from when I walked in the door. Your granddaughters Maddy and Jess are the best in the business. I hope I never have to see you again... But if I do, at least it won't be all bad. Cheers my friend. #dentistsarentallbad #minasianfamilydentistry #nashuadentist #cavitiessuck"
"I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. I even went prior to having dental insurance and they kindly worked with me. Even after acquiring dental insurance I continue with this office. They listen and work with the patient to accommodate the needs for the best outcome within your budget. Of course there is some out of pocket expense as insurances generally do not cover 100%. I am very satisfied with the care and staff. Thank you!"
"I had a loose crown. A dentist told me that there was infection and the tooth needed to be pulled. I got a 2nd opinion from Dr Minasian. He put in a new post and crown and did not need to get the tooth extracted. Stay away from the young doctors looking for the simple answers! Thank you Dr Minasian."
"As you can see, I am the wife of Dr Minasian. As you can also see, the 2 negative posts here are from 7 years ago, but I feel they need a response as these two gentlemen ( and I use the term loosely) are not telling the truth. One of them is not man enough to use his own name because he knows this is slander. You notice he says nothing about his treatment from the Dr. He only criticizes me for making a $45 mistake on his insurance. It was not intentional. It was an error that I personally corrected with MF’s ledger and the insurance company. He also stoops so low as to talk about my breasts. I would never discuss such things with a patient. He also talks about my big white teeth. Nothing about Dr Minasian at all. Although he does single out our hygienist as being “Asian”. His friend that he mentions is the Gary P. who wrote the other nasty comment. This patient, like the first, whined over the least little thing. He all but cried when he got an injection of anesthetic. You expect that from a child, not a grown man. They both accused me of billing fraud and trying to collect from both insurance and them, the patient. That is not fraud. Insurance does not cover the total cost of the procedure, therefore we bill the insurance, and bill the patient for their portion due. If he had paid his copay at his visit, as he was asked to do, he would not have been billed. Most times, the person who writes a nasty review is someone who doesn’t want to pay their bill or feels the office charged more than they wanted to pay and when forced to do so, they bully the person in the office as these two men have done. We told Mr P that he would likely have discomfort after his treatment as there was a large amount of decay from lack of proper dental hygiene which required a substantial amount of drilling. Instead, with his childlike pain threshold, he blames the Dr. I personally asked both patients to leave the practice as they were very difficult to deal with and thought they would be happier in another practice."
"Went in for a tooth ache. Was told two things it could be. I just want the tooth fixed. After hours of pain the tooth was fixed. So I thought after two weeks of not eating and drinking anything hot, cold or chewing. I was told to come back and they would take care of it. They did more pain and then charged me again for the same. Its now been two years and I have to find a new dentist to fix what is now falling out. I would never recommend this dentist whatsoever. Unless you like pain and continued billing or just going to have the job done again. My worst experience ever...."
