"I got an appointment immediately and was taken care of in a very professional manner. My dentures were top quality and the care I received was wonderful. I will definately reccomend them to anyone who asks."
"I popped off a crown last night. I called the Aspen Dental in Amherst this morning and they were able to take me this afternoon. The dentist and his assistant were awesome ."
"Went in 3 weeks ago as an emergency for a tooth in pain. They got me in pretty quickly upon arrival, but when I finally sat in the chair, I was there for a half hour waiting for someone to even look. When she finally came in, she looked at my X-rays and said either root canal or extraction. They told me to wait so they could talk to someone else, took another half hour. I finally was able to tell them I chose extraction because I couldn’t afford a root canal. So they brought me to the front, and checked their schedule. Said no then yes multiple times to same day appointment. Finally said they’d do it in a half hour, and I went through the payment and paperwork. Sat in the waiting room while they did their thing for the half hour, then they called me back. Sat for about 15 minutes before they came in to numb me. Finally numb, then they forgot about me for ANOTHER half hour while I was numb. And I know this cause I heard them say “oh wait she’s ready?” “Yeah I numbed her up a while ago”. Finally came in, tooth pulled, then sent me on my way. Fast forward to today, 3 weeks later. My gum is separating from the tooth next to the extraction site, not sure if it’s the blood clot or something else PROTRUDING from the extraction site. My tongue and left side of my mouth are STILL numb and irritated, I have a painful lump on my jawline, and I’m pretty sure I have an infection. I’ve had RSV the past week and couldn’t get in to see anybody else about it, and I’m hoping my sickness didn’t come from that place. I typically don’t give bad reviews, but between them forgetting about me and the problems I’m still dealing with weeks later, this was the worst dental experience for me."
"Brianna & Dr M are wonderful! Thorough and timely, my new patient visit complete with all my xrays and a clinical exam took no time at all, after experiencing tooth pain on Saturday I was able to get an exam first thing Monday morning! A comprehensive treatment plan was provided and the office staff are super helpful with all their great options, even for folks like me who don't use dental insurance. Looking forward to working with this awesome team, A+ experience from check in to check out!"
"A great experience !!! My visit today with Dr Malmquist was awesome. He not only examined me but also did my regular cleaning. I think I was in the chair for only 20 minutes, probably the best dentist visit I ever had. He must have super powers :-). Thank you!!!"
