"I had a dental urgency: Heidi the receptionist was extremely rude and questioned who held the insurance. When I told her it was my husband and I didn't have Cgna anymore. She questioned where my husband worked and for whom he worked for. It made me very uncomfortable and like I was looking for a hand out . That was mistake number one. The assistant for the doctor was exceptional. She took her time understood where I was coming from I was very courteous and understanding. The Dentist seemed to care less. She told me what she thought my best options where, gave me a prescription, and a referral. I thanked her for her time, shook her hand and went on my way. I was grateful to get an idea of what was going on."
