"My visit here was awesome! I came in for their Veterans Day event. I got a free cleaning, exam, and they were even nice enough to fill in 4 cavities I had for free! That was a huge help to me because I currently do not have dental insurance. The staff was nice and friendly and I genuinely felt the doctors cared and wanted to help me out any way they could. "I've spent most my years avoiding the dentist, for the same general reasons as everyone else; expensive, painful, and shame for not brushing my teeth enough. My first visit to Family Dental was in July 2023 when I could no longer chew food. Immediately Dr. Singh and the absolutely wonderful staff got me in and did two posts with crowns. They listened to my concerns (history with some rough army dentists), applied a generous dose of numbing, then kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. For the first time I felt zero drilling or discomfort besides my own anxiety. Dr Singh walked me through a path forward for what he'd like to accomplish over my next visits, prioritizing the different areas causing significant pain. Then the billing department worked with me setting up a schedule for when I thought I could afford future treatments. The final highlight was my visit today. Family Dental Care of Milford hosted an event to honor veterans. I was contacted after my last visit and was given a one hour slot where Dr. Singh and staff performed free services as a thank you for veterans. The waiting room when I arrived was filled with many different veterans all who looked grateful for the opportunity. Just an unbelievably generous act by all members of the staff. Oh and of course the treatment was as great and professional as ever! Thank you Family Dental Care of Milford for great stress and pain free care. Thank you for being understanding. "I had my first appointment with Dr. Shaner today. To say I was highly impressed, is an understatement. He listens carefully to what you are saying and shows concern and compassion. I addition, his Dental Assistants Taylor and Olivia listened to every detail of everything that I said and were spot on in relaying the information to the doctor. The front office staff were very warm and welcoming and even showed me around the office before my visit! I also cannot forget about Abby, the Dental Hygienist, who for the first time ever, cleaned my teeth without any discomfort. I am thrilled to have found this office and highly recommend anyone (especially those who may fear the dentist), to give them a try!!! You will walk out feeling great!!"
