"After not making sure that my bite was correct after a molar filling, my tooth which had been functional, abscessed. Consequently my molar died and I had to have a root canal. Dr Puleo ‘s office then charged this root canal that needed to be done because of his error to my insurance company and then the unpaid amount to me! I declined to pay him."
