"McDonald's is always a kid favorite. I used to love going to this location, because they had an amazing play place for the kids, not anymore. I hate how it's changed so much. Customer service has been taken away by these kiosk machines and they're difficult for elderly people to use. Bring back face to face order taking.... Other than that, everyone enjoyed their meals."

"Two simple burgers absolutely smothered in ketchup. I've given this particular chain many attempts. Son likes a happy meal every once in a while.. hard to screw up a #7 but somehow it always manages to happen. Nice to get food only to get home to have it look so bad that you just have to throw it in the trash."

"What in the actual heck is happening here? I mean, McDonald's... we all know the bar is LOW to begin with but I feel as though they intentionally did the limbo to make sure they perform UNDER the already extremely low bar. 1. Rude - staff was plain rude, they literally asked "what do you want?" via the drive-thru speaker. No greeting, no personality. 2. They got the order wrong twice in the drive-thru microphone. When we got to the window to pay, I asked to confirm the order... they were sorely inconvenienced. They did read it back, it was wrong for the third time. They "corrected" the order. When we got to the window to pick up our order... you can fill in the blank. 3. At the final window, the order was completely wrong. Drinks, food, all of it was wrong. We were made to feel completely inconvenienced by the entire staff at the window. We were so problematic by asking for the correct order, four times consecutively. All in all, management, get your staff together and fix it. This is not acceptable. Seriously, you should be ashamed of your entire staff and performance. Being a McDonald's is not an excuse to be this horrible."

"Another bad attitude, feel rushed taking my order, and get pulled up with nobody in line to help their drive thru times.... pathetic. Not to mention you mess up my food every time I go through. I'm done. You lost a regular. Update on this place..... added photos. These people are either purposely being gross and unorganized, or they are dumb. No other explanation."
