"Updating review and changed from 1 to 3 stars: They made a very careless mistake when doing my taxes, incorrectly inputting my address, which has delayed me getting my taxes for over 1 month now. HOWEVER... calling them to get this resolved has not been a total loss on my part. The two women I've spoken with about this so far have been very kind and admitted their mistakes (and said how they really shouldn't have happened in the first place). They have at least been able to fix the issue as of now and did everything they could to make things go quicker from here on out. Should be getting my refund soon now. I appreciate that they were able to accept the blame for this and apologize about it. Doesn't fix it just by saying "sorry", sure, but it makes a customer feel better knowing they at least care and aren't trying to avoid the heat when they messed up. This is a good response for a business, as most companies will make mistakes like this and it can usually be so difficult just to get it fixed. Problem existed, problem was fixed.. Hopefully they can get better at avoiding those little mistakes here and there because, to the customer, even a small mistake makes a huge difference."

Recently, I drove up to pick up my final K1’s and the H&R Rep was literally helping an elderly woman review her documents IN HER CAR so that she needn’t come out, risking the slippery ice."
