"Went to pick up dinner because my daughter wanted KFC for her birthday. Amanda wrote a note on the bag that made her whole day, hooked us up with a bunch of sauce, and the food was delicous. Everything was great, the whole staff was super nice, and one of the dudes had a cool leather jacket. It's a drive for us but 10/10 will be back the next time we get a craving."
"Put in an order to be picked up at 4. Received it at 4:08. No gravy on the potatoes, rock hard Biscuits, salty and greasy chicken. I blew 32 bucks on compost. I've never regretted a meal more. I won't be back."
"I went to the drive thru because there was no line. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and some fries. Got to the window and paid, then proceeded to wait. A line formed behind me, around the corner and still no food, or acknowledgement that it would be anytime soon. I had to knock on the window after about 15 minutes. The girl was apologetic and then the "manager" interceded and said the chicken for the sandwich wasn't ready. I asked if I could get my money back (to alleviate the situation) and she said "you're going to have to wait" and slammed the window. After just paying over $20 I had no choice. Absolutely absurd and disgusting behavior from it, oops I mean the manager. This was 2 months ago and based on another review, nothing has changed."
"They missed part of my wife's order and took 20 minutes to actually give it to her. 20 minutes for a Nachos and Cheese. We were finished eating and she was still waiting. Under staffed and the staff that is there is taking their sweet time. I don't expect people to sacrifice themselves for a minimum wage job but this is really pushing the bounds of what is acceptable."
