"The receptionist is incredibly rude and hangs up after telling you there's no openings to file your taxes, even after her hanging up the day before after stating "tomorrow would be better." Didn't even get the chance to make an appointment.."

"Was happy to see there was an H&R Block nearby that does walk ins. Can’t even say I was “greeted” when I walked in. The receptionist looked confused and surprised when I walked in to have my taxes done. She said they don’t take walk ins and I mentioned that the sign says “drop in and stay” outside and she said “well yes but that’s not really what it means”. No desire to accommodate me or anything. Made me feel as if I was a burden. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Going elsewhere"

"Last year I spent around 340$ to have my taxes done. This year I called to make an appointment and the woman seemed irritated. I asked if I could make an appointment later in the day, and the lady said the person who does my taxes only stays until a certain time. I asked to get my taxes done with someone else and she grumbled and said "then I'm going to need the phone number again........." I said "Maybe I should go look at my options. I don't think I'm going to schedule an appointment today" and promptly got hung up on. Called back to complain and Got a guy who had excuses and said he will keep an eye out if it happens again. I don't think I'll be going here in the future. Very unprofessional."
