"My friend prepaid them 800 for future services and then they said they didn’t have the tool to remove her infected tooth and told her she had to see an oral surgeon but would not give her credit so she could see the surgeon. Made her wait (she is still waiting) 30 to 45 days before her money can be returned. Hillary is perhaps the rudest administrator ever’ Very condescending attitude with zero compassion."
"HORRIBLE primary care. You guys could at least PRETEND to care about your patients. I ended up in the hospital with blood clots because my PCP kept getting changed without my knowledge and I was told that I couldn't get my meds renewed without going in to the office for an appointment which was made a month+ in advance. Then the doctor would suddenly leave right before my appointment so I'd have to make a new one. This happened TWICE. The staff is rude. Within the last 2 years my doctor has been changed 5 times. If I could give negative stars for a review, I would."
"My grandson was told he needed blood work. He was asked where the paperwork needed to be sent. The info was given over the phone on a Monday and was told it would be sent right over. Arrived for scheduled appt 1week and 2 days after call worth mid state for blood work only to find it had never been sent. The office drawing blood had to call and was transferred 3 times to find out it was never sent and had to wait for it to be done. Not the first time this happened lThe doctors office is 45 minute drive this is why we specifically said we would go closer to home.and quest is 5 mins."
"*DENTAL PART ONLY*I've been waiting for weeks on a phone call to find out if I've been added to the waiting list. In October i was told by the person on the phone that she was going to see if i was already on the list or if i needed to be added to it. On Nov 10th I found out my paper work/xrays were all in, even though I had spoken with someone a few weeks prior who said my paperwork was all in. As I was standing in front of them, I was told that I would have to wait on a phone call to see when I could be added to the list. I'm not sure why it couldn't be done in person. We'll, here it is Nov 28th and I haven't heard anything from the dentists side. I wish I could review the PCP Janelle would get a 5☆ review."
"Been a patient in Bristol for 2 years due to my doctor moving. Been there 3 times. First was for a physical that no one seems to have my blood work for, so idk where my blood went. Second time was fine. Then yesterday I call for kidney stones. They tell me to go to Plymouth to be seen right away. I leave immediately and drive 20 minutes to Plymouth to be told I'm "too late" and they offered me an appointment 5 hours later. I went to urgent care. I will be taking my health care somewhere else. They seem inept."
