"I came in because of a broken tooth, they said it had to be rmoved, and also all four of my wisdom teeth need to be removed. They told me I need to call Dartmouth to make an appointment. And they said that I have to have a referral when I called. So I called the dentist back to try to get the referral that Dartmouth was talking about and I sat on hold for 40 minutes before they hung up on me and never called me back. They keep sending me letters saying that I need to make a follow up appointment with Dartmouth, but they keep not sending the stuff that they need to send."

"I had an appointment for my 6 month check up (cleaning), I was going to be out of the country so I call 2 weeks before the appontment to cancel. I was told that it be 6 months before I could another appointment, yet people that I reffered to them got appontments long before me. When I was finally conatcted for my appointment that did not set the date so now it has been over a year since my last cleaning. I think thaT THEY HAVE CROSSED OVER INTO THE RELM OF "ALL ABOUT THE money" not about the patient anymore."

"There are many reasons from the point they will suck your wallet dry and never stop. Took 3 appointments just to clean my teeth and with every visit I told them I have a tooth that hurts. It's been two months and they haven't done anything but clean my teeth. Now they wanna patch up two other teeth but haven't said anything about the tooth that hurts. Meanwhile have sucked my dental insurance dry and are now asking me to pay out of pocket to cover the cost when they still do not wanna help me for the real problem. I now have to find another dentist because this is just not gonna work."
