"The dentist was really cold and terrifying for my 1yr old son’s first dental (he panic cried the entire time she cleaned his teeth, but doesn’t flinch at the doctor’s office or during his baptism). When asked, she couldn’t cite any data to explain why toothpaste is recommended by the ADA, but not the AAP, and she was oblivious to the fact that I couldn’t hear her over his crying in my ear after the encounter (I had to interrupt to ask for time to console him before she continued!). The best part of the experience was seeing the therapy dog, Copper, on our way out. Can’t recommend this place for toddler dental care."
