"I was a long time patient here. My last visit I was told that I had periodontal disease, that I would need a deep clean (planing and scaling) that would require two appointments, and that I needed this specialty cleaning before I could do regular cleanings and before they could work on the cavities they stated I had 7! I decided to no longer go to this practice and I have since been to a different dentist. Where they found no evidence of periodontal disease, found 0 cavities, and were able to do a regular cleaning with no problem stating that I would have no need for a deep planing and scaling. I’m very glad I found a new dentist, as from the sounds this place just wanted money from me and my insurance and made up procedures that needed to be done."
"My visit was fine except for the young man who checked me in & out. He acted like I was bothering him. He had no smile, basically no personality & did not make me feel welcome. The rest of the visit with the dentist and the financial/insurance person, Stephanie, was very good."
"Our family loves this office. Great dentists and really nice staff. Cleanings are efficient and well done. Dental work has been solid."
"There was no pain for me and I even have high sensitivity. They were so fast with the drilling. I was in disbelief when they told me the drilling was finished! If you had a bad dentist previously, this place is heaven. I came in with anxiety, and left with a smile. Highly recommend!"
"My family and I just moved to the area and had been coming to this dentist for about 2 years. In the begin they could t get my family in within 6 months so we drove 4 hours to our old dentist to get our teeth cleaned. This shows how serious I took our dental health. The hygienist my son seen was excellent. The hygienist I was seeing was great too but constantly was canceling my appoints. My Last appointment she cancelled was in April. I called and they reschedule to May and the Day of the appointment they cancelled again. I called they rescheduled again but with another hygienist in June. Now it’s been since the end of October for my cleaning. June came and I went to the dentist. They did a full ex-rays and then the dentist came in looked at my teeth he said they looked great. ??? That’s the first I have ever had a dentist look at my teeth before a cleaning….Then the hygienist measured my pockets between my teeth. He wasn’t very gentle. He was calling off high numbers 6,7,&8 in two areas! Then after he finished he said I needed a deep cleaning! I was upset. I told him if I do it’s because they constantly kept canceling my appointments. I floss daily and brush 2-3 times a day. I went to the dentist twice a year faithfully. They gave me this bill with the cost of this deep cleaning. My dental insurance wouldn’t cover approximately $300. I setup the 2 separate appointments to begin cleaning. Now it would bring me out to July since cleaning! I went home and research deep cleaning & periodontal disease. I didn’t have any of the symptoms. I then called back and spoke to the front desk and told them I didn’t want the deep cleaning now if I could get a regular cleaning. They refused and asked if they wanted the hygienist to call. I said no I did not want him to call that I am going to get a second opinion. I wanted a copy of pocket readings. she said I would have to come in and sign a release? For my own records? I decided to change my dentist. I had my pockets measured again and the hygienist said it was impossible he got readings that high. So they cleaned my teeth no problem. If you do further research it seems this is a common complaint for this practice."
