"Joan (a receptionist in the office) was EXTREMELY RUDE! I was held responsible for a small bill my husband had from over a decade ago, before we were even married. I didn't even know about it and honesty, he had forgotten. Simple mistake, but Joan acted like it came out of her own pocket. I'm honestly still shocked about how I was just treated. I have never owed them money and the bill was so insignificant I could have just taken care of it, and had I been treated with even a small amount of respect, I would have. She is one of the rudest people I've ever spoke to in my life. I have personally spent hundreds in that office, as I rarely have dental insurance, and had a decade long relationship with them. I absolutely do not recommend. There are so many dentists in the area, I can choose one that treats everyone like a person, not a dollar amount."
