"I am not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here, unless they are bringing their own negativity and baggage to the appointment. I also have never liked dentists, having had braces in my youth and then having a bad experience with a dentist in my early adulthood. However, despite MY dental baggage, which I did discuss with the Doctor and staff, my visit went very well! I came to Dr. Koch today as I needed a double crown, after he pinpointed the reason I was having pain on my lower right in a prior appointment. I was greeted with a smile, and brought to a lovely spot - (the office is beautiful; the layout of the office is open, so you have some privacy yet no inappropriate behavior would be able to be hidden) where I settled in. His wonderful assistant Sharon was working with him, and together they worked as a team (25 years!) patiently taking me through the 2 1/2 hours I was in the chair, allowing me to rest when needed and always making sure I was ok. Afterwards, Dr. Koch spent 20 minutes filing the temporary crown down, so as to be sure I was not uncomfortable for 3 weeks while we wait for my crowns to come in. I felt he (and Sharon) were very focused on me and my personal comfort, knowing I was a little bit terrified of the unknown. :-) I'm very impressed and totally not worried about my upcoming appointment. I am a 46 year old professional woman, and I would highly recommend Dr. Koch and his staff!"
