Reviews of Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley
"Great place. The staff are exceptional and great. They really work with the kids and try to give them all attention. Many staff, this is their first job and are learning and doing great. My kids love coming here and basically beg to go everyday. They are always trying to give the kids the best experience they can have."
"The entire staff and the youth leaders at BGCSV are not only amazing at their jobs but wonderful, caring people. The work that is done at the Club on a daily basis, the quality leadership, and abundance of programs that the club offers for our youth is not only creative, engaging and fun, but SUPPORTIVE and THOUGHTFUL. It is hard to fathom the embittered 'reviews'. I can only imagine that some of these reviews are from soured former employees. Google 'reviews' are for customers of a business ONLY. Disgruntled employees should be posting their 'reviews' on job sites like Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. to a review former employers."
"Love hate relationship with this place. I used to go here years ago everyday for a couple years. The staff were okay but they don't really care about the kids, they reminded me of teenagers babysitting their younger sibling. The activities were fun and I loved the game cube. Loved the trauma I got from this place. I will miss you."
"A girl full force punched my sternum and I cant have any pressure there as I have pectus excavatum. I was winded on the ground and couldnt breathe and they were more concerned about a girl having a tantrum then a possible medical emergency. No ice, no staff came to me. This place doesnt hire people that want to work with kids, most of the staff seem like they just want power over kids and money. Most of the time I never really enjoyed there bc I was always yelled at for nothing by the staff. Just being in the game room when youre name isnt on it can get you yelled at. I was watching my friend play. They need better management and staff, the old staff were the best, Julia, the old teen directer back in the early 2010s i think was personally my favorite so shoutout to her. Thats all I have left to say though."
"Top notch staff, great programs!!! We've been sending our kids to the Club for almost 10 years continue to have great experiences. Our daughter didn't go during the school year but returned this summer for camp, excited to take advantage of the new Teen Center. Their staff dedication is second to none. They do an excellent job nurturing members/young teens as counselors in training, leading to great counselors. There are new and improved special camp offerings each year, and the rec camp offers lots of choices as well. Keep up the great work, B&G Club of SV!"
