"Excellent hike. Views up the top of the mountain made this one worth it! Plenty of parking for winter time. Journey was great with a steady incline that was not too tough. A great place."
"Short but steep and very rocky hike to the summit but the views are spectacular!!"
"Flippin' beautiful, exquisite bud, I mean I'd go here, and I did, but I'm gonna go again but most importantly MAKE A RESERVATION, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, MAKE A RESERVATION, pretty leaves, oh so pretty, but yeah, lots a good stuff there, bud"
"Amazing hike! Make sure to book a reservation ($4 for non-NH resident) because on a nice day, the already small parking lot will be full. Trailhead starts just beyond the picnic area. Two trails to take here. Barlow trail is longer, but more gradual and scenic. Winslow trail is through the woods with a lot of uphill climbing, with a lot of rock scrambling towards the top portion. Both trails meet up at the summit, with some spectacular views of the White Mountains, especially from the fire tower. Make sure to take the correct trails to return to your vehicle, as there are trails that lead down the other side of the mountain to Rollins State Park."
"The view on the top was stunning, and it totally worth it to climb. But before you plan to go, here’s some tips: 1. Plan ahead to make reservation and pay online, it’s easy. 2. The total trip from bottom to the top takes around 45min to an hour. (One way) 3. There’s lots of annoying bugs, but aware of that. 4. It’s windy and cold on the top. 5. The trail is not that easy, it might not be a good choice for elder people. 6. Enjoy and stay safe!!"
