"Waited over an hour to get in and I was the only car in line. The days of paying for premium oil changes in exchange for speed and convenience are over at this place. Your better off saving money and time and taking your vehicle to a repair shop. After an hour I finally went in and asked how much longer. I was told the car ahead of me was still waiting for oil delivery so I left. This was the second time in a row I waited almost an hour with no car in front of me, just a car in the shop being worked on. It would have been SUPER convenient if the guy checking me in gave me an estimate of how long it would be so I didn't sit in my car and waste an hour of my time. Instead he just said, "it shouldn't be long" whatever that means. How about letting customers know so they can make a calculated decision on weather or not to come back later. I have no idea how long the car in front of me takes. I value my time which is why I choose to go to one of these places, but obviously Valvoline does not get that."
