"Always skeptical about car mechanics and oil change shops. However, this Jiffy Lube is close to home. Turned out to be a good experience. They drove the vehicle into the bay and vacuumed. The associates were very engaged in their work. The service tech, Kevin explained the process and came in from time-to-time to provide status. The shop is clean and organized. They also offer courtesy fluid top offs between oil changes."

"The Ayer Jiffy Lube team took excellent care of me and my car. I had been putting off an oil change and then happened to have some extra time while in the area for a meeting and am so glad that I stopped into this particular location. The team members who helped me were fabulous and the whole experience was super quick! The manager, Kevin, was really helpful and informative. I have only a very baseline understanding of car maintenance but Kevin made sure I understood the steps they were taking and why in easy-to-understand terms. I didn’t feel at all like he took advantage of my lack of understanding or tried to price gouge me. Kevin also gave me a tip that Jiffy Lube will top off your oil in between changes for free. I’ve been to other Jiffy Lube locations before and have never been told that! The tech, Joe, worked really efficiently and was also friendly. He was focused and quick and seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job. I would absolutely recommend this location!"
