"Bring your mask as it's a Federal Building. Stopped in to report someone having dumped 3 toilets along with boxes and debris down the embankment over at the East Pond Trail off the Kanc. I sent them the pictures I had taken in hopes they find whomever dumped it and they said they were sending someone to pick up the trash at East pond.."
