"(1) rooms are dirty and old, (2) Starbucks stops serving breakfast after 9:00 am, (3) no late checkout, (4) staff are rude. I’m a Marriott rewards member, book directly through Marriott’s Bonvoy app, and stay at Marriott for business trips. This is, by far, the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in."

"My visits have been fine. They've been accommodating on late checkouts when necessary as I'm a patient across at the medical center. I checked out and by the time I was home a couple of hours later realized I had left a therapy pillow in my room. It was in a red flannel pillowcase so it should have been very obvious. I know exactly where I left it. I was told to report it on a website which I did. Because I was in the area the following day for an appointment, I went by the hotel. I was told nothing had been found. Granted, my bad for leaving it in the first place, but as it was a larger item and easily identifiable, I'm extremely disappointed that housekeeping somehow did not find it."

"Room was okay for the night I stayed there. Staff at checkin and at breakfast in the morning were friendly and room was well furnished and equipped. I would have liked the bar to be open on a Sunday evening but get that staffing is an issue. There was also gum on my room’s carpet at the entry that was gross however other than that room was clean. Lastly, parking lot was barely lit."

"Stayed here a couple nights over the Christmas holiday. The staff (Ethan) and the other gentleman that worked the morning shift were very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. My only negative comment would be not having any dryer sheets for the laundry. But in reality that isn’t relevant as most people don’t do laundry at the hotel. Aside from a little bit of static cling in my shirt, which again isn’t a big deal, the overall stay was excellent and I will stay here every trip to the area. I highly recommend this location."

"We love this hotel. We come back every year because of the convenience of their location. The hotel is close enough to all of the places we like to go to. Everything is nice and clean and the service is excellent. They have a24 hour gym facility and a small bar/restaurant section opened to assist customers."
