"The place is beautiful. Most of the staff is friendly and great. However, I’ve come in in the afternoon and a couple times I had a unpleasant experience with a front desk employee named Arlene. She has an attitude and is rude."

"I love being a member at RVC. I love the classes and instructors and have improved my flexibility, balance, core strength and overall health since I joined. My favorite classes are Barre, Cardio Dance and Body Balance. The gym is also adding exciting new classes to try every few months, so I am always trying new things. And they have a hot tub!"

I feel like I'm treated like a trusted and cared for member here, unlike other gyms I've gone to where I felt unwelcome and just another number and inconvenience to the employees. I really look forward to the day when I can use the rock climbing wall and try the cafe, which will add even more to the experience for me. "I've been going here for over 10 years. They offer a wide variety of classes, amazing personal trainers, and a great variety of gym equipment. The facilty is clean, spacious, and currently during COVID-19 they made very conscious decisions in keeping the gym clean, sanitized, and proper air exchanges in place. I would definitely recommend using this workout facility."
