Stable Connections

Stable Connections is a travel agency located at 2494 Vermont 102 in Guildhall, Vermont, United States. This institution also serves as a Northeast Kingdom nonprofit that offers Equine Assisted Activities & Therapies, with a focus on helping veterans find stable connections. Featured on WCAX Channel 3 in 2020, Stable Connections provides experiential activities that help clients improve self-esteem, build confidence, social skills, relationships, and personal awareness. Through partnerships with horses and staff, the institution helps teams develop leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Military Veterans workshop is an innovative program for active and retired military personnel, utilizing horses for healing. Visitors can enjoy horseback riding to improve flexibility and balance, with private lessons tailored to individual needs. Summer programs offer opportunities to learn traditional horsemanship and gain riding experience. Alternating sessions between therapeutic horsemanship and EAP/EAL have been highly effective for At Risk Youth. Additionally, an architectural rendering of a new Arena & Meeting Center showcases the institution's commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for all clients.
