"Recommend to all!! The owner was so kind and patient with us (we had brought a little one with our group) helped us through the room and allowed us to have a good time. Thank you so much! We will be back!"
"Came here for a company outing with my co-workers, we barely escaped from the abandoned Subway with clues lol I believe we all had a great time... This was my first time, and it was Super fun! I definitely recommend giving it a try"
"***WE DID NOT GO TO THE ESCAPE FACTORY! WE WENT TO BLACKBEARD'S INDOOR MINI GOLF!)*** Took my 10 year old, mini golf loving, nephew to this cool glow-in-the-dark indoor course that is (you guessed it) Pirate themed! He absolutely loved it. This is a kid after my own heart. I've been an avid mini golf fan since about age 6 & I'm 50 now! 44 years of "it's just for fun" putt-putt all around the country. My husband and I used to plan vacations based on mini golf availability! Anyway, the Blackbeard's glowing indoor course was definitely a challenging course, the artwork/sculptures were a lot of fun to look at & we simply had a blast! So it was me ~ a 50 year old female, my 10 year old nephew, and and my 75 year old mom ~ so I'd definitely check the box for "Fun for all ages!" We'll definitely be returning to try & tame that course, and since it's indoors, we don't have to wait til next Memorial Day (in New Hampshire, 99% of mini golf is only available May - Oct due to winter weather) before we can go back. Staff was very helpful too. Now for all the extras ---- this is definitely someone's "fun, food & games" dream come true. Whoever opened this establishment is a friend of mine, even though I don't know them! They have this indoor glowing min golf, there's a small (very small) arcade w/ maybe 7-8 games, a pub style restaurant attached with moderate prices & pool tables, AND yes, there is an escape room game on location as well. We're going to plan our escape room visit once they finish building 2 new experiences. I cannot wait to try out their escape room games, given the attention to detail & devotion to having fun, I'm very eager to try the escape room adventures! Being located in an old brick mill in Claremont NH is awesome. Claremont could really benefit from many businesses like this. Claremont needs more family style adventures like this, and again, like I said, these ALL INDOOR experiences offer year-round entertainment, something quite rare for us natives. Keep up the great work everyone! We look forward to seeing you at the escape factory next time! ** PS -- I would've given 5 stars if there was the typical "free game for hole in one" on the 18th hole. I mean, that's a STAPLE of mini golf courses nationwide -- you ALWAYS win a free round of golf if you manage to get the highly unlikely (but possible) hole in one at the 18th. So that made me sad, that they don't offer that. It's such a simple thing, and it's so unlikely for players to win, but it feeds our human desire to WIN something for completing a highly unlikely task. That thin little thread of a CHANCE to win is enough to feed that desire. So that's one thing I really want to see changed. It's such an easy thing to do... Super low risk for the proprietors and yet it offers this little glimmer of hope to the players. It's a win-win."
"Escape rooms are ok, he has to give you a lot of clues to get though it.. they aren't really rooms, they are more like areas with a rope and decorations. The mini golf is kind of pricey @ $13 per person. But it's cool idea. BUT you should give a free game for the hole in one at the end, considering you charge enough for admission anyway, plus would bring people back in the door The restaurant/bar is cool. I like the vibe in there. Drinks are reasonably priced, pool tables are nice. Food is lackluster for ME unfortunately. But still edible, especially after some drinks!"
"Our family had a Great experience and we are already planning a trip to go again. Our kids range in age from 11 to 21 years old and it is difficult to find activities we can all really enjoy together. They all had a wonderful time. Also this place was clean (even the bathrooms), had a great retro vibe, and really nice staff. I would highly recommend the escape room factory."
