"If I could I'd give John Riff 0 stars I would. His performance in court on my behalf was abysmal and just plain pathetic. John on two separate occasions forgot our court appearances. The first he had dismissed because he "Knew nothing about it." Which is verbatim what he said in open court. John knew 100% of both appearances that day but lied and said he didn't. I had a very very important appearance that would ultimately decide who gets what in the divorce, who wants what for money, and custody of the twin 1 year old babies I have. I called the day before to ask what time he wanted to meet so we could go over a few things, John's reply "We have court?" He had no idea, and it showed in court when he got railroaded and frankly embarrassed in court. Do to John being ill prepared I lost all my court appearances, lost my guns, lost any sort of custody of my children (Whome I haven't seen in 4 months) I cant get a job in the field my education is in due to a lie. No physical evidence against me and yet I still lost. I then called John out on his lackluster performance and his response was to send me a letter dated that day that he was taking himself off my case. All John did was take over $2,000 from me and ditch. You want a good attorney? Stay away from this fool. He clearly needs a refresher in law."
