"Jay came out to fix the windshield on my Acura back in Jan or Feb on a freezing cold and windy day. I asked him if he'd rather do it on a day with better weather but he had no problem getting it done. He showed up on time, had me go inside where it was warm and banged it out in less than an hour, maybe even 30 minutes. Still thorough and cleaned up any mess, didn't rush just to get it over with.
