"Asked for a bare bone repair on my fender and stated that was all that was needed and was met with useless charges to matters I never asked for. I was worried about my damaged fender on my passenger side, and on the estimate I was going to be charged for repainting my hood, fixing my mirrors, and realignment. All things I asked not to do. After seeing the $2000 estimate for a fix I could do myself for $400 I messaged them and was told to find a different auto body facility. Zero regard for what I asked for and dismissing a paying customer after catching them in a scam act. Talk about childish and outright useless. edit: As a response to the company’s reply to my review, it just shows that they refuse to listen to the customer’s request and instead chooses to go the most expensive route. I asked for a simple repair offering cash and was met with rude intentions and now childish responses to matters that could have been felt with at the scene. Proves my point more that this facility is terrible. The workers are fine but most likely the higher management could use a attitude check."
